Good to Know

• A deposit is required to secure your party date and time.
• The deposit is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled party date.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled party date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 10 days before the scheduled event date.
• Party reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received and confirmed.
• Customers may reschedule their event up to 1 day before the scheduled party date for a $50 rescheduling fee, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the event may not be accommodated.
• Final guest counts and package selections must be confirmed prior to the event.
• Odyssey VR Arena reserves the right to modify attractions, games, or equipment availability due to maintenance, safety requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
• All participants must follow Odyssey VR Arena's safety rules and staff instructions at all times.
• A parent or legal guardian must remain on-site for all parties involving minors.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Food must be ordered through Odyssey VR.
